Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Pumpkin is an incredibly healthy and versatile vegetable packed with important vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants. It is a rich source of beta-carotene which can help improve your metabolic health. Pumpkin is great as a savory dish. It makes a great soup, dip, pasta sauce, or not so savory SMOOTHIE.

  1. Liquid: 1/4 cup coconut milk and 1/4 cup water for a thick smoothie. Also good with 1/2 cup of almond milk.

  2. Protein: 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

  3. Vegetables: 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree and 1/2 cup cauliflower rice

  4. Fruit: 1 frozen banana

  5. Fat: 1 TBLS Almond Butter

    Optional add-ins:

    1TBLS sugar-free pumpkin spice seasoning

    1 tsp cinnamon

    1-2 TBLS chia seeds

    1 scoop collagen

Blend in a high-speed blender until completely combined and smooth. Sprinkle a few roasted pumpkin seeds and 1/4 cup granola on top. Welcome to Fall any time of the year.
