Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie

Who doesn’t like PB&J? I love it. These days I usually satisfy my craving for it with a PB&J smoothie.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Liquid: 1/2 to 1 cup almond milk or liquid of choice. I use water.

  2. Protein Powder: 1 scoop of high-quality vanilla or chocolate protein powder like Be Well by Kelly.

  3. Greens: Add 1 handful of frozen greens of your choice, like spinach or baby kale. Optionally, add 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice and 2 or 3 slices of cucumber.

  4. 1/2 TBLS peanut butter (optional)

  5. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries  

    1 scoop peanut butter powder. I buy Naked from Amazon.

    1 TBLS flax seeds.

Blend in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour and enjoy.
