Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie
Who doesn’t like PB&J? I love it. These days I usually satisfy my craving for it with a PB&J smoothie.
INGREDIENTS
Liquid: 1/2 to 1 cup almond milk or liquid of choice. I use water.
Protein Powder: 1 scoop of high-quality vanilla or chocolate protein powder like Be Well by Kelly.
Greens: Add 1-2 handfuls of frozen greens of your choice like spinach or baby kale Optionally add 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice and 2 or 3 slices of cucumber.
1 TBLS peanut butter (optional)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1-2 scoops peanut butter powder. I buy Naked from Amazon.
1 TBLS flax seeds.
Blend in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour and enjoy.
