Choco Banana Smoothie

Inspired by Phoenix Cafe Paradise Hot Springs, Costa Rica

Liquid:

  • ½ cup water

  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk

 Protein:

  • 1 scoop Chocolate BWBK protein powder

  • 1 scoop collagen powder

Veggies:

  • 1 scant cup frozen spinach

 Fiber:

  • ¼ cup banana

  • 2 tbsp flaxseed or 2 tbsp chia seeds (or 1 tsp psyllium husk)

Healthy Fats:

  • 1 tbsp almonds

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy

  • Calories: 325 kcal

  • Protein: 37g

  • Carbohydrates: 27g

  • Fiber: 11g

  • Sugars: 10g
