Choco Banana Smoothie

Liquid:
½ cup water
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
Protein:
1 scoop Chocolate BWBK protein powder
1 scoop collagen powder
Veggies:
1 scant cup frozen spinach
Fiber:
¼ cup banana
2 tbsp flaxseed or 2 tbsp chia seeds (or 1 tsp psyllium husk)
Healthy Fats:
1 tbsp almonds
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy
