Egg Scramble with Ground Meat

Egg & Ground Turkey Scramble with Cottage Cheese

A hearty, high-protein meal with balanced macros!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg + 2 egg whites

  • 2 oz ground turkey (or sub ground beef)

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms)

  • ½ tsp olive oil (for cooking)

  • ¼ cup cottage cheese

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.

  2. Stir in vegetables and cook until softened.

  3. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, and cottage cheese, then pour into the pan. Scramble until fully cooked.

  4. Serve hot.
