Cherry Cinnamon Smoothie

Chocolate Cherry smoothies have always been a go-to favorite of mine, so much so that I hesitated to pair cherries with vanilla. But I have to admit, I'm sorry I waited this long to try it!

Boost your energy and support healthy aging with this delicious Cherry Cinnamon Smoothie, packed with protein, fiber, and antioxidants. Perfect for women over 50, this smoothie promotes blood sugar balance, heart health, and joint support with ingredients like chia seeds, cinnamon, and collagen. A nourishing, easy-to-make option for weight loss, hormone balance, and maintaining muscle strength in midlife.

  1. Liquid: 1/2 to 1 cup almond milk or liquid of choice. I use water.

  2. Protein Powder: 1 scoop of high-quality vanilla protein powder

  3. 1 serving of Vital Proteins Collagen Powder

  4. 1 TBLS Chia Seeds

  5. 1 tsp cinnamon

  6. Greens: Add 1 small handful of frozen greens of your choice like organic power greens, spinach, or baby kale

  7. Add 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice and a slice or 2 slices of cucumber.

  8. 1 TBLS peanut butter (optional)

  9. 1/2 cup organic cherries

Add enough liquid to cover the blades of your blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend in a high-speed blender until smooth adding more liquid as needed. Pour and enjoy. I like to eat mine in a bowl with a tablespoon of granola sprinkled on top!
